REMARK: Users should disable encryption when sending logs.
For macOS,
Open Canary > Go to Help > Console logs > Email.

For iOS,
Open Canary > Go to Settings > Advanced > Logs > Email.

For Android,
Open Canary > Go to Settings > Advanced > Logs > Email.

For Windows,
You can find it via: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\CartasecPte.Ltd.CanaryMailApp_1h5es61sgwc0a\LocalCache\Local\Canary
or if you’re having trouble navigating to that path, try opening File Explorer and typing Canary into the folder search bar at the top right — this may help you locate the folder more quickly. From this path, please send the CCLogger and Serilog files.
